Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders Mon - Fri, excluding holidays. Online orders are generally shipped within 2 business days.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS® Ground Saver. Options and rates will be shown at checkout. If you need your order expedited, please contact us at info@honestlytexasrice.com or 281-375-5388 to discuss options.

International Orders

International orders are currently not accepted online. If you would like an order shipped outside of the US, pleas contact us to arrange shipping.

Non-Deliverable & Refused Shipments

Orders returned to us will be handled in a timely manner by our customer service team. If we have made an error, we'll re-send the order to the correct address immediately at no cost to you. If the customer has made the address error, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost to reship.

If the customer has refused the shipment because they changed their mind on the order, the product cost will refunded upon return both the box and product remain sealed, unopened.

Note: The original shipping cost is not refundable for refused shipments.
